Elgin Nathan James described as in his 30s was arrested in LosAngeles on Monday night on charges unsealed in Chicago prosecutorsannounced Tuesday. The indictment accused him of extorting $5000 from an unnamedChicago-based recording artist while he was on tour in late 2005and early 2006. James has described himself as the founder of FSU – a gangformed in Boston in the late 1990s saying it would control thepunk music scene.
