Around 2004 or 2005 I started getting into noise and started being really influenced by what was happening out in Providence Rhode Island and just seeing live noise performances pedal noise and stuff. So I started to incorporate that into my sound experimenting with textures and getting really noisy and crazy. I was always drawn to the performance aspect of punk music the rawness of it. Punk philosophy is something I’m really drawn to and always have been– that I think fits very well in an anarchist sense to my music. It just naturally came together. It wasn’t like I was trying to do anything. I’ve always been DIY I guess putting everything out myself.
